Why don't I have a orange bar showing up on my insights graphs even though I have steps, sleep data, etc logged?

One possibility is that you did not enable Insights in the Setting. Enable or toggle it, an then wait a few days, it will come. If not, reach out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com.
