Look like there is a corrupted activity file. Try syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express. If it does not help, try importing the corresponding FIT file manually. If you get an error, post the zipped file here, and a friendly fellow user may try to fix the broken file.

I would get rid of the file, but I cant seem to find it. I've typed out the whole name, shorter versions and I just cant seem to find it when plugging the watch into the computer. This has been happening for a few months, and now my training status is showing NO STATUS.

Activity files use the date and time as file name, so typing the name won't bring you anywhere. Just use the timestamp of the activity to locate the file in the folder //GARMIN/Activity
