Hi,
I would like to ask what is the ANT+BLE ID for my Garmin Watch Forerunner 965. and why my watch does not connect to Spivi App ?
Your watch can only connect to the Garmin Connect app. You can then let other services get access to the data in Garmin Connect.
I can't find that Spivi got any integration with Garmin Connect.
Or do you mean that you are broadcast the HR from the watch and then you can't add it as a HR sensor in the Spivi app?
I can broadcast from my phone to Spivi projector screen but my Garmin watch doesn’t pair with spivi app , The App ask me to enter ANT+ ID of my watch, i think we need to buy different ant+ strap , This watch was not a good investment

Do you have a friend who owns a Garmin, or can you try out a Garmin at a local running store or electronics store?
You could turn on wrist HR broadcasting on your watch, and search for sensors on the other Garmin, which would allow you to find out the ANT+ ID of your own watch (for HR broadcasting.)
If you have access to a gym that has any ant+ enabled equipment, you could do the same there.
It's too bad there's no way to find this on watch itself.

The question that you did not clearly answer, is whether you really started the HR broadcasting on your watch, or not. I assume you are aware of it, but just in case you did not know it, the watch does not broadcast any HR (and hence cannot be paired with any 3rd party app), unless you explicitly start the broadcasting.

Yes but OP is not the first one to ask about ANT+ ID in the context of the Spivi app. (I've seen a similar question on a DCR post.)
I don't have personal experience with this, but it seems that the Spivi app needs you to explicitly enter the ANT+ ID of an HRM, as opposed to automatically discovering sensors.
