Why web connect not sync with garmin connect app?

Why web connect not sync with garmin connect app? I have hrm, walk etc... in my garmin 945... i see in garmin app mobile, but web not update with this data why?

yes it is same account and correct login, now i can see garmin connect app and i have wrong values... In the steps widget, the steps for the day appear, but they are not recorded in the view when I enter weekly, the hrm data day does not appear, but I can see the current hrm... why is the historical data not being recorded correctly?
