I am training for a half marathon and decided to try Garmin Coach plans. Currently I am doing a 18 week plan with coach Jeff. I have 3 runs per week, Sunday run is long run or a Magic Half Mile. But my other two workouts don't change. I am on week 13 of my plan and I've been doing same cadence drills two times a week every week. I get videos with the coach where he tells me about hill workouts and speed workouts but I never see them in my plan. I am so bored and tired of the cadence drills.
Is this plan supposed to look like that? Or am I doing something wrong? Maybe I am not completing the workouts properly?
I've trained before and I've newer seen a plan where you do the same thing for 13 weeks over and over again. Please send help =)
