How do i see historical daily distance from last about 5 years? I have about 5 recordings per day.

Reports > Progress Summary > Custom Dates > 8/16/2019 to 8/16/2024

Or if you want details of each activity, open the activities page - connect.garmin.com/.../activities

Select an activity type, then advanced, and select the date range desired.
