I'm Canadian, while we officially use the metric system - we often mix and match when if comes to units of measure.
My feature request would be to allow the user to select the measurement units for each measure in the display preference rather than lumping them together and forcing the user to select Imperial or Metric systems.

Energy
Temperature
For me I would choose:
Distance: Metric
Weight: Imperial
Height: Imperial
Hydration: Metric
Elevation: Metric
Energy: Calories
Temperature: Celsius
