I would love the ability to change the sleeptime goal to 7 hours per night.
I really think i feel fitter after 7 hours of sleep instead of 8. Also, i was wondering, there is science behind the amount of sleep phases you have to go through right? I read that the average person has a cycle length of 1.5 hours. Im fairly sure mine is almost exactly 60 minutes. Which means i need less sleeptime to get the same results. What are your opinions about this? Would love to know you experience.
