That makes sense, but I did that. That is why I normally have that info. I will try to remove from GC app and re add it.
Also make sure the strap synced to the phone app when you finished the ride, and before you removed the strap. You can also try putting the strap on now, open the app and go to the HRM-Pro in the Devices section of the app, and see whether it is connected and syncing. If there is still some pending unsynced data, it should come over.
Thanks so much. The HRM Pro connected fine over ANT+ but had issues with BLE. When I removed it from GCA, I could not re-add it, so I had to take the battery out for a few seconds, to give a reset. After that it is working fine, but I lost the heart data for that time.
