Intensity Minutes missing

My intensity minutes are not being calculated. They have for other weeks but not this week. I am using the HRM Pro.

Could you show screenshots of the all-day and the IM graphs for a sample day demonstrating the issue?

With no HR data you cannot have any Intensity Minutes. Is the HRM-Pro paired directly to the Garmin Connect app, or only to Edge? You have to add it to GC, and sync with it after the activity.

If you see there is heart rate data from the ride and is in the GC.

That's the activity HR. There must be HR data on the all-day HR graph. Only then you can have IMs too.

Understand, but to get activity HR there has to be data? I am trying to figure out what happen to that data and why it is not synching.

Activity data comes from the Edge synced to the app. Your Edge does not process any IMs. For IMs you need the data directly from HRM-Pro (not over Edge), and for that you have to add HRM-Pro to your GC app.
