830 not syncing via Bluetooth only when plugged into a PC JUL 2024

830 connects to iphone and wifi or either one individually but won't sync until you plug it into a PC. It syncs immediately when you plug it in regardless of any other connections. only 2.5G used of 14.4 available.

I would start with this: Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support. Also disconnect from the GC account on the app, and when reconnecting it, make sure you use the very same email address as in Garmin Express!
