Yesterday I ran 10.1 km in 1:04:15. My 10th kilometer was completed at 1:03:35. My personal record for 10 km shows the result of the entire training (1:04:15) instead of the moment when I finished 10 km (1:03:35). Why such a difference in data?

I've seen this happen before for other users. It seems that if you stop the timer close to the PR distance the full time will be used for the PR. Could be some logic to handle inaccurate GPS data. Many users that run a 10k and then stop after 10k.
Just adjust the time manually in the PR page: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/personal-records
