Garmin not creating fit file

So the activity i did today does show all of its training load in the app correctly and i can see the activity on my watch it self, but the activity is not being uploaded to the Connect app, now that ive opened the activities folder by connecting it to my pc it also has not created a fit file on the watch for the activity.

Would anyone know how to fix this, would be a massive help (:

Try a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I think the problem is with that the run part of the mulitsport event did not save properly, on the watch it shows the swim and bike fine and i can view them, but the run part does not show on the recent activities on at a glance, only when i find it via the bike or swim tab.

The Fit file for this activitie just does not exist on the watch

Assume you've checked in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY and GARMIN\TempFit folders?

The only relevant data i can find from this activity is the HR data that does line up with the time i ended the activity today, for the rest there's nothing relevant in either folders. in the TempFit folder there only 2 files both less than 2kb
