garmin connect webpage frequently does not work

Hey everyone,

Is it only for me that Garmin Connect does not work normally?

I frequently cannot log in because: "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED."

The time needed to dial in via phone with support in Poland is 15-22 minutes; I cannot handle it via chat.

I bought it like 3 weeks ago Instinct 2 I am starting to regret it. The cheapest Huwawei GT2 Sport was performing better.

What is happening @garmin??

There might be others, but since there is no recent surge of similar reports, I indeed believe it is an isolated case. Similar issues may have the root at some networks problems, the use of VPN or proxy, being on a blacklisted IP address blocked by CloudFlare, using adblockers or firewalls for the domains *.garmin.com, ... First of all I'd try using a different browser, disable VPN, adblockers, antivirus (or add an exception for *.garmin.com), and also I would try an alternative Internet connection.

I get the same message when I'm connected with one of my work VPNs and tries to login. I just have to disconnect the VPN and use my home network and then I can login.

It feels that the problem is on garmin site, as after few attempts, in the same browser, without relog,reset or change I can log in.

Same experience only with Connect Web in the last few weeks. Maybe they are working on something as there are several problems reported in different threads and all related to GCW like:
