Manual uploaded file shows incorrect average speed

When manually uploading a fit file from MyWhoosh the average speed is wrong, it actually looks like Connect is just displaying the time of the ride to only one decimal place instead of the average speed, below are 2 screenshots that use the same data, one from connect & one from strava that illustrate what i mean

  • I'm also encountering this issue with manually uploading a .fit file from MyWhoosh. The average speed displayed in Garmin Connect seems incorrect, appearing to show the time of the ride to one decimal place instead of the actual average speed. Below are two screenshots using the same data—one from Garmin Connect and one from Strava—that illustrate this discrepancy. If anyone has faced a similar problem or knows a solution, I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

  • One more with the same issues, according to Garmin Connect my average speed was 91.5km/h and 103.8km/h in the 2 rides I have uploaded so far.

Also, the average power reported is 0w.

In Strava all the data looks ok (with no crazy values).

  • I have been checking a couple of older rides (in April and May) and the average speed there is correct. Maybe it is a bug in the latest version of MyWhoosh. As I have not seen any place to report bugs, I have drop a mail to the support email. I will post the updates if I receive any answer.

  • I’m also having trouble manually uploading a .fit file from MyWhoosh to tech website techy hivee. The average speed shown in Garmin Connect seems off, showing the ride time to one decimal place instead of the true average speed. I’ve included two screenshots—one from Garmin Connect and one from Strava—that show this difference. If anyone has dealt with this issue before or has a solution, I would really appreciate your help.

  • Once you've imported into connect try trimming ride length by 1 second and saving
