I sent my garmin solar instinct 2 for repairing the issue of altimeter in your service center being the Authorised Service Center of Garmin, i.e.,AMIT GPS & Navigation LLP Office & Garmin Service Center at Jasola, Delhi to rectify my watch GPS as it is automatically setting the elevation to 20000 but when the watch has been received back on the same date as they informed me that they had done free servicing and cleaned the sensors and now watch is working fine. But when the watch has been received back the watch is automatically getting switched off whenever I am trying to record any activity. I called the service center and they informed me to send back the watch and i again sent the watch for repair. Now I received mail informing me that my watch can't be repaired and I had to buy new watch. It is really bad that ypu had damaged the watch instead of repair you are asking me to buy new watch, when your center had damaged it to non working condition, you need to replace it for free. I am totally disappointed from your response. I had purchased this watch as its an International Brand value around the world but seeing the response of yours had broken my trust as a customer from your company. Totally disappointed from your response. Please repair my watch or replace it.
