After a ride today I looked on Garmin Connect web and Training Readiness was (and still is) showing "Not enough data" despite Training Readiness showing apparently correctly on the watch and on Garmin Connect mobile.

Same here. This is happening once in a while during the week.
Mine is still showing "Not enough data". It hasn't returned.
Same here, probably been going for three or so days. And yes prior to it NOT working, it had been fine forever. As in - forever.
I just contacted support and they told me to unpair the device from the mobile app, re-pair it, and then sync and it may refresh the widget in the web based app. I asked if this was a validated solution and they told me it was not, just a suggestion. I opted not to follow their advice and to wait.
II have just gone through the process of unpairing and then pairing my 955 with GCM and as expected it has made no difference. I am still getting the "Not enough data" message on Garmin Connect web. Training Readiness is however showing correctly on GCM and on the watch. The problem seems to be internal to Garmin Connect web.

And noted that it is only related to the "In Focus" tile, because I just added the same Training Readiness tile to "At a Glance" section and it is working!
On my account it only shows the morning snapshot of Training Readiness albeit without a timestamp which is the same as if I click on the title of "In Focus" tile.
It does not show the current Training Readiness as shown on the watch or the In Focus tile on Garmin Connect mobile.
