New FTP was detected during the last ride: 256 W.
However, Max Avg Power (20 min) was only 230 W.
I have been under impression that to get my FTP, I have to multiply the average power during a 20-minute all-out ride by 0.95, so my FTP from today's ride should be 230x0.95 = 218.5. Where does 256W come from?
