Bug in Reports?

There seems to be a bug with reports in the Garmin Connect Web app.

Under Reports -> Cycling - > Total Distance, I can see a stack chart over distances for every month of the last year.

If I add upp all the stacks, I get a total of 14404km (which seems correct).

But if I head to Reports - > Progress summary -> Last 365 Days -> Cycling it says 1984km. These numbers should be the same, so why are they not?

In my case the numbers are not identical either. The progress summary shows a few more kilometers than the last 12 months report, and that's normal, since the last 12 months are not exactly the same as the last 365 days (unless you do the report on the 1st of a month).

So for example, today's 12 months report (on 11th of June 2024) includes data from the 1st of July 2023 to 11th of June 2024), while the 365 days report includes also the data from 11th to 30th of June 2023 in plus. (Not sure how Garmin handles the leap day on 29th of February 2024, so it may be also from 12th of June 2023)
