How can I sync Giant‘s’ Fit or account cycling data to Garmin's account？

I have a Giant Planet G3Pro code table,but it can not export .fit file to windows.

I want overlay cycling date in insta360 X4 video taken by instrument panel form.

What can i do please?

Is there someway i can sync Giant account date to Garmin?

I don't know if this would work but Garmin connects to Strava. Perhaps try syncing to Strava and then Strava to Connect.

You can‘t sync 3rd party activities back to Connect (automatically)

Maybe I can upload 3rd party activities to connect。then i must get an another Codebook device

As far as I know there are Apps who are doing that for you i.e. taking activity data from one platform and synching it to another one. Rungap for example.
