Unable to change privacy settings of segment to "Everyone"

Both through the iOS Connect app and Connect web the privacy for my segment shows as "My Connections" and I'm unable to change it to "Everyone". The setting change never seems to be saved.

    All Garmin segments are always public. You can only change the privacy level of the concerned activity, you cannot control individual segments. The choice Everyone / My Connection / Me only on the segment screen only controls which of the rankings you want to see.
