Data Missing - Garmin Connect via webpage... observable via GC app (android)

Apparently there was a change where we cannot use our "handles" to log in to Garmin Connect on the laptop - that stinks!   I use the email I think I have associated with my GC account and there is no data, no devices, no nothing.  Whereas, I can log in to the GC app on my Android phone and ta-da everything is there, syncing, syncing to Strava, etc.  What is going on with the webpage via my laptop?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
