Steps streak has reset

Hi,

Can anyone help....my steps streak has reset to 10 days on my watch. However, I'm actually at day 727. It is correct on the app. Is there a way of sorting my watch as my watch is my motivation (especially when it's nearly 2 years of 10000+ steps every day!)

    I'm having the same issue...watch just randomly reset and is now reading 14day streak instead of 64days-if I had your streak id actually cry!! I've tried clearing upload history through garmin express app- tools-then utilities-clear history..have to wait now to I hit my steps for today to see if it's made any difference-I saw it suggested on another thread!

    Not sure whether it helps, since my streak is all right so I cannot test it, but you could try going to the Personal Records page on Garmin Connect Web and hit the button Send to Device, on one of the tabs Running / Cycling ... (the button is not available on the Steps tab, but perhaps it works for that too). Let us know whether it helped.

    Hi there,

    What's the garmin express app?? I have the garmin connect app....is this the same? Did clearing the history make any difference when you made your steps goal today?

    Hi-this is it....I use it from my laptop- I have garmin connect app on my phone-Would you believe i hit my steps mid run and missed notification! App is still correct-ill check again tomorrow and let you know! Its soo frustrating
