Where are my 600m gone between my activity and my course?

I plotted a course for running and on the course editor - it was supposed to be 9km but after running it, my activity only shows 8.4km. Is there any way I can overlay the course with my activity to see the discrepancies?

Export the activity as a GPX and import it back into Connect. The length will then certainly be correct.
