Chronic load not showing on web, (OK on android app)

The chronic load button on garmin connect web/ reports/ training status does not show the chronic load any more

It was working OK 2 weeks back.

Using win10/chrome.

It is working OK on the android app and on my 955s - only the web is broken.

Of course it could be some bissare cookie thing on my PC, is it working for others?

It’s no longer possible to click the Chronic Load button, nothing happens.

Same thing regardless of OS and/or browser used.

Still missing in GCW, but works fine in GCM (Android).

I am having the same problem on the web version. Load ratio does not work neither.

Correct, there are issues with that menu as well...

I usually don't hang out in this part of the forum, can some Garmin employee be tagged here to get this issue some attention? Garmin-Joeyperhaps?

About 2 weeks ago I contacted Garmin Support Center, and they told me they were going to contact the app/web team. I would suggest that other users having this problem also contact the support center (connect.garmin.com/support/) to raise awareness of the importance of this problem. This tool is essential to effectively plan structured activities.

This has been fixed, at least it looks good in GCW now too.
