problem walking and running time (+ still time)

For an activity the walking and running times are incomplete. for example the race lasted 4h30 and the display on Garmin Connectt of the walking and running times stopped at 3h45. (and consequently still time is overestimated).
Is it a bug or a activity recording problem?

We cannot tell you without seeing the data. Post a link to the activity and perhaps someone could tell you.

If you get too short time logged you probably have auto pause on.

I think they mean that after the 3:45 point of their 4:30 activity, the run/walk graph shows nothing but idle time, but they weren’t standing still for the last 45 minutes of their race. From context, I’m assuming that everything else about the activity is correct (e.g. 4:30 of activity time was actually logged).

Sounds like a bug to me. Maybe contact Garmin support.
