Garmin Connect Web blank home screen after logging in

Hi, I've recently bought a Garmin watch and got a Garmin Connect account. Just over a month in and when I log into the Garmin Connect Web page I just get a blank screen. I can see my activities on the mobile app, but the web version is blank. How can I fix this please?

  • Which web browser are you using? Try a different browser to see if the issue persists.

    The typical fix for this is to clear the cached data.

  • I recently had the same problem. It was because my browser was outdated. After updating the browser, the problem is solved.

    The reason was that the new home page uses some new JavaScript functions that the old browser doesn't know.

  • Thanks for the advice, I've switched browsers and it seems to be working on the new one. Tbh I just want to learn to run not become a tech expert in navigating software - really glad you were there to help.
