Insights show no orange bar, yet I have years worth of data

edit:

This morning, I now have an orange bar on the Insights, so it appears to be working at this point.

******

Is it just me?

I just realized this was a "thing" yesterday, and so I accepted the terms & conditions, and then did my usual run this morning.   I presumed, maybe incorrectly, that they would use my years and years worth of data to provide me with an Insight, or at the very least, my one run from today.  But nothing.  No orange bar to show me where I rank.

Neither the app on my Android phone, nor the web show any info specific to me for any of the charts that I have enabled (steps, floors, sleep and running).

  • Do you get the orange bar if you change the time period? Select a year to see for that year. Current seems to be this month.

  • Negative.  :(  The choices are by month, so I chose a few different months.  Nothing for any of them.

  • I contacted them a while back about this and was informed that, despite Insights continuing to be a menu option, they had discontinued the actual function last June or thereabouts. They had the time to cruise through and remove all sorts of functional data with their new dashboard "update", but left a defunct display option in there just to provide further frustration.

  • they had discontinued the actual function last June or thereabouts.

Does not seem to be the case, since it still works for me today, as it did last June too. I already saw the orange bars disappearing for a few days, but they always come back later again.

  • Getting the same issue, shows the pooled data but not my personal data orange bar comparison. Only had the watch/Garmin connect for about 2 weeks now, hoping it's just the "need more data" phase. Any suggested fixes are greatly appreciated.
