Forerunner 965 not uploading and sync to garmin connect apps and strava

My Forerunner 965 is not uploading my activities to strava. Updates garmin connect, version 5.0. Wifi sync completed. Connected to bluetooth still the same issue. However my last activity recorded on my garmin watch but not on garmin app. So weird and im run out of patience. Turn off my garmin watch abd turn on back and logout my garmin apps and login again but still the same issue.. nothing sync at all. Please help

Try uploading the activity from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

At least that would tell you if there is something wrong with the file. If you get a message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
