Create new strength workout from previously logged strength activity

As per the title, is it possible to create a strength workout, either in the web or mobile app, from a previously completed strength activity?

I can see how to create a brand new strength workout and transfer that to my Fenix 6 Pro, but it would be more efficient to take a previously completed activity, with correct exercises, sets, reps, weight etc. and use that as the basis for a new workout.
