Will training status be updated from .FIT files?

Hey all, I noticed that Garnin has a really limited amount of integrations for training status. If i upload the FIT files myself will they be included in my training status?

Training status is calculated on the device so uploaded files will not be included.

There is some interesting info under "Do Activities Recorded With Other Apps Count Towards Training Status?".

Maybe if you make your FIT files look like they have been logged with for example Zwift and after that you upload them.
