I did a mistake with my account.
my gmx-email account was hacked, so I decidet to change my account email adress on the garmin profile page.
so i got a new profile unfortunately. I just changed first die passwort and the second step was changing the email account. now I can not sign in my old one.
tried to call the hotline, but it isn't possible to reach someone, who can help.
also I wrote a email, but there was a answer, that I wrote the email wrong. but that is wrong.
so, ... how can I acivite my old account. ... that it existing, because, that my garmin edge 1030 are loading the files to my old accout, which push the data to strava.
