Connect upgrade?

Does Garmin have a secret revenue source?  My instinct is almost 5 years old. I really doubt I will buy another Garmin watch if this is what I can look forward to.

    Ha. I just reread the title to this thread.  "Upgrade"???

    Epitome of change for the sake of change. 

    Pick your home view?  How about the option to use the classic view that has been good enough for at least the last seven years ??
