I'm not sure why companies are letting these young inexperienced project managers make poor decisions on updating platforms. Thus is an epic failure on the usability as compared to before both in Garmin Connect Web, iOS and Android platforms. This has happened at Adobe also recently and they have added in a way to use the classic model because of complaints. The limit the beta testers to whom agree with them so they can say we "tested" it. My guess the executive level knows very little about the complaints at Garmin and the team is probably reporting positive things. People need to keep up the pressure on Garmin support and move on up the chain.
