The new web home page is a JOKE

I tried the beta and went back  to the good non beta that shows all the info I want in a manner I want to see it, then when i logged in this morning i was confronted with this

And on pressing the blue button I was confronted with this

This is of little use to me really as even with in focus turned on  as I have now gives me very little useful info like my dashboards used to

  • This update is awful. All the useful stats have disappeared.  Can't remove cycling, I don't own a bike. Where are my steps, stress levels, activities? App used to be really fab, everything on one page. What user research was done before the update?

  • It shows all my outdoor rides automatically but none of Zwift rides which are not recorded on, but are added automatically to Garmin.

  • My just not be compatible....  All my caving, Mountaineering, Climbing, Scrambling,  Kayaking, Gill walking, Coasteerring, Canyoning and much more is showing fine for me... It's not a perfect solution BTW but it is better in general for most than what Garmin now shows

  • All my caving, Mountaineering, Climbing, Kayaking, Gill walking, Coasteerring, Canyoning and much more is showing fine for me

Do you record all of those directly in Garmin?

  • They are recorded on my watch and then synced with connect, and within a few hours they appear on Quantified...

  • Yeah, my indoor rides are recorded directly with Zwift which feeds them back Garmin, that must be why.

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaah ok... That is a possible reason...Sorry about that buddy..  Have you try exporting directly from Zwift app and then uploading them to quantified(button should be top right on the main page) Not Ideal but could be an interim solution you do once a week etc ...

  • Thanks, will take a look.

  • Mine do the same (I just noticed the speed of upload this morning).
However, there's a 3-day limite on when I can import histories.

  • Hello all,

I don't normally post on forums. So this will tell you my angst with the NEW Garmin Connect home page. I am sure there are a lot of smart people at Garmin working within a number of parameters to build this new version of Connect. For me personally they missed the mark in a big way. I will add some constructive feedback in how I used Garmin Connect. I would like an option to revert back to the old version if the functionality of the new version cannot be modified appropriately.

Loss of dashboards - This is huge. I had a custom dashboard and at a glance I could see my performance against my annual cycling and running goals. I could also see my performance against my monthly goals. I could see a report of my last 6 month or 1 year performance month over month on a chart. I could see my most recent cycle or runs as nice little maps. I could delete things I thought were irrelevant. The beauty of the site was that I could configure it to be what I thought was important at a glance so I could get in and get out quickly. Now I think can still see all those reports but I need to go to five or six places to find them.
