Why did the programmers screw arjound with Garmin Connect? Now I have know link to Strava! Someone posted that I need to go to my Strava profile page and find xyz on the right side of the page. But, I did not find anything like that!

I understand that. I'm just pointing out that the Strava connection being gone has nothing to do with the change of the GC homepage. Hoping to assist them in getting the connection back.
Done. Was able to speak to a real person (Garmin Rep)!! I expressed my opinion to him.

Now I have know link to Strava!
It was only the home page/dashboard that changed. Strava is still there. Account Settings > Account Information > Connected Apps

If you don't see it, check your Strava profile - https://www.strava.com/settings/profile and verify it's connected.
I think the general trend of the feedback is that people valued the prior set up of the home page- where everything they wanted to see was in one place and instantly accessible. The change took all that info and made it harder to access. It was a poorly thought out change and hopefully Garmin will actually think about its users- the people who spent money on their devices- and provide them with the quality product and easily accessible metrics they thought they purchased.
I encourage you to contact Garmin directly. I get the feeling feedback posted here isn't really monitored.
