Training Effect

Good morning everyone, I recently started training with Garmin and there is one thing I don't understand about the training effect.
I did an Anaerobic workout with a result of 4, but in the description it says that I have a notable increase in aerobic capacity.
Is this correct or is it a mistake and should it say anaerobic?
In the second I did an aerobic workout with a resoult of 1,6 but under the anaerobic part it is always indicated "slight aerobic benefit".
In both cases I would have expected the anerobic indication.
