Why Coach Amy gives me Easy Run at 6.10 pace, when my real Tempo Run is at 6.20-6.30 min/km? What kind of "Easy Run" i can do at that pace? What a "Easy Run" must actually realise, can somebody tell me, please ? On my benchmark test, i runned 6.41 min/km. Next day, Coach Amy commes with that funny idea for me, to run 6.10 "Easy". How?
