weightlifting

I want to track weightlifting in Garmin connect and use HR to determine rep / rest.  Tried setting up workouts but the first warm up activity I do is skip on leg day and skipping wasn't in the list. I would prefer an app integration or the ability to track a workout with the Garmin App. Is there a 3rd party app that can sync with GC? Currently using Wahoo but that is not compatible.
