How does "everyone" or even anyone find your Activities?

I've made my activities public for "Everyone" but I can't figure out how anyone is supposed to find them.  I've Googled and all I got were old forum topics and others that describe 14 year old Garmin Connect that doesn't work that way today.  I can't find any search except for Courses.   Is there something I'm missing on the phone or the web?

I'm trying to understand what someone else might see of my activities now that they are public and to learn how I might see other people's.  Right now all I see are my own by the normal Activity features of the app and web.

  • Best done by using "Connections." Add and Remove Connections in Garmin Connect

The Connections feature in your Garmin Connect account allows you to find your friends, share your activities

The easiest thing to verify that is to accept Challenge like 60k Step Challenge.

Then you will be able (sometime) to see others activities. And only those whom setup for Everyone. Try yourself.

You can always mark one of your particular activity to be visible to Everyone and all others only to your Connections.

This way you will have to share link to such activity

The biggest privacy concern was location where you run or ride. People might deduct where you live. I do not care much that world might know how slow I am per minute or that I have gained 1kg since yesterday

You can set up Privacy Zones, hiding certain areas, including your home location. I recommend setting it up a little bit eccentrically, in order to avoid a simple deduction of the center of the circular Privacy Zone.
