Hi everyone,
I returned my Garmin within a week after I had it. I called support and they mentioned it had to be shipped even though I stay in the same postcode as Warehouse.
They said there would be no one at warehouse to collect if I try to deliver it myself.
So I created a return and shipped it to them by Australia Post with a tracking. Tracking shows that it was delivered a week ago.
I called Garmin Support and they say that they've no way to reach out to warehouse to confirm that warehouse has received the watch.I should wait 5-10 days for the processing to be complete.
They cannot even confirm that the watch was received in the warehouse.
What should I do? How do I confirm that the warehouse has actually received the watch?
