Your activities are in the folder "\DI_CONNECT\DI-Connect-Fitness-Uploaded-Files."
Within that folder you'll have more zipped files, depnding on the amount of data.
Unzipping those will give you the files you need, exactly in the type they were uploaded - FIT, GPX, or TCX.
