garmin connect web tcx file upload stopped working

uploading tcx files generated from Keiser M-series app stopped workin few weeks ago to garmin connect web / import function

XML seems ok, nothing have changed from when it was previously working. Something at the api end is not working?

Same. Uploading tcx files from Cyclemeter stopped working. It is a Garmin issue.
