How do you put OS maps onto Garmin Maps GPS 67 UK?

Hi, I’m new to both GARMIN MAPS 67 and OS MAPS, I’m quite confused as to how do I install the OS software onto the device?

I subscribed to the yearly OS maps yesterday and I just can’t work it out. 

I am based in the UK

would really appreciate some help
