Auto pause indoor rowing

Dear team.

It would be great if there was the auto pause option for indoor rowing. I have the instinct 2 watch and I am not able to find an app that has this option.

It could be great to have this option when you have a break when training with time intervals.

Auto-pause is comfortable but not really accurate, since it takes some time to the watch to detect that you stopped moving, or started again. It is probably for these reasons that it is not available at many activity types. However, you have some other options:

Press the GPS button when you want to make a break
Edit the Interval training on the watch, either increasing the Rest period, or changing it to the "Open" type (pause till Lap button pressed)
Create a Workout if you need a more complex structure of the workout, with variable targets or durations of the intervals and of the rests
