I have problems importing GPX files

I have problems importing GPX files to Garmin Connect web, it sends an error when uploading the file

What is the error message? What is the source of the GPX files?

What is the source of the GPX file?

If you want to attach a sample here, we might be able to see what's wrong with it. Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
