activity link

Unsure where to give feedback for the Garmin connect webpage so I apologize if this is the wrong spot...

Garmin. Would you please put a link back to the activity list when viewing details of an activity? I don't want to have to open the side menu. I don't want to hit the back button. I just want to go from viewing one activity to the activity list with one click.

Thank you,

  • Why don't you want to use the back button? That will do what you want.

There are also shortcuts you can use. I got back navigation on the thumb button on the mouse. You can also click backspace or alt+left arrow to navigate back.

    It is already there:

From context I assume OP has the side menu collapsed by default.

Well, that's easy to fix by keeping the menu expanded Wink

  • Maybe their screen size (e.g. iPad) or workflow (e.g. side by side browser windows) makes that impractical? I don't see the point in suggesting something that they already said they don't want to do, without even bothering to ask why.

I could also say stuff like "if you have a trackpad, it's easy to go back by two-finger swiping to the left" or "if you have a gaming mouse you can probably tilt the scroll wheel to the left", but somehow I don't think that will help.

  • In that case, as a workaround, I would recommend adding the activities list into browser's bookmark bar. It will then be accessible instantly.

Edit: BTW, you do not necessarily have to keep the side menu open in order to be able to click the link to the activity list in it - it is enough to move the cursor over the side bar, the menu instantly expands, and you can click the link.
