Menstrual Cycle Predictions Messed up

Hi there,

I'm getting the same technical issue some others have expressed online about 4 years ago.

My menstrual cycle length is incorrectly judging it as a 17 day cycle when I have the correct cycle length recorded on my Garmin app and Garmin web as 28 days.

As such, EVERY time I reach mid-cycle, it shows I'm menstruating early, when I am not! I need to adjust it manually EVERY month.

I've looked for solutions online (Garmin FAQS), but it only refers to adjusting the settings, which in my case, are correctly reflecting a 28 day cycle (it does not align with what is happening in the menstrual cycle calendar).

This appears to be a system glitch.

I understand the old IT instruction of rebooting something for best results (perhaps removing the tracker and re-adding it), but my concern is that all my previous data tracking will be lost!

Can anyone help?!

Kindest, Garmin User
