Missing Heart Rate from bike acitivity - NEW User Interface

Hi all,

Problem with Garmin Connect Web - since the new Beta UI:
The normal daily recording of the heart rate works without errors, even an activity (running) that was recorded directly with the Fenix 6 and Heart rate belt is displayed - "A" on Screenshot.

But now i have the following problem: A cycling activity - recorded wiht en Edge 840 and a heart rate belt - is not shown in the daily display - "B" on Screenshot.

However, the heart rate of the cycling activity was recorded as it is displayed directly in the activity.
And yes, the activity was synchronized with garmin without errors.

It is unrelated to the beta version. The all-day graph always showed HR data just from the Primary Wearable Device (your Fenix). Edge writes only to the Activity FIT file, and the HR does not propagate to the all day graph. It always worked in this way.

You either have to continue to wear the watch, or use the HRM-Pro strap connected to Garmin Connect, in order to get the HR into the all-day stats.

Hi trux, thanks for the feedback. If the info is correct, i'm not sure why the history was taken over in the second screenshot.

For the MTB activity on 17.03.2024 I recorded the activity with the edge just like in the case mentioned first, watch was at home. After synchronizing I had the history in the all day graph.

Garmin HRM-Tri connectet directly to both of my devices, Fenix 6Pro and Edge 840.

HRM-Tri does not have the option to upload the HR to the all-day graph as HRM-Pro does. The only way I can imagine, is that the Store & Forward feature was used, and you downloaded the data from the strap to Fenix, after the ride.
