Training readiness out of sync between multiple devices

Training readiness is out of sync for me between multiple devices after activity recording ends.

/EDIT: It's also out of sync between "homepage" of iOS app and the iOS app training readiness details

Manually starting sync on the devices doesn't fix this, but instead it corrects itself over a timespan of several hours to a day.

Would be cool if it was possible to speed up the process of synchronisation takes.

From My Training Readiness Card Is Not Displaying in the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support

The intention of the training readiness report under Performance Stats is to be able to see your training readiness score from each morning when you wake up. This allows you to identify any possible trends that lead to various scores.

The score displayed under the My Day card is the real time score from your watch throughout the day, and it may not match what is displayed in the report since the report shows the score after waking.
